Learning Record

Admin Area > Student Management > Student > Add

This platform provides a comprehensive learning record feature to help administrators thoroughly grasp each student's learning progress and course participation. With this feature, administrators can effectively monitor learning status and provide timely guidance and support. The following are detailed operation steps and feature explanations.

Step 1: Access Learning Record

  1. Access the platform’s admin backend, enter the administrator account and password to log in.
  2. After successfully logging in, click on [Student Management] → [Student] in the menu area on the left side of the screen.
  3. In the displayed student list, find the student whose learning record you wish to view, then click the [Learning Record] button to the right of that student’s information.

Step 2: Query and View Learning Data

  • The learning record page provides a date filter function. You can set a specific query period as needed and click the magnifying glass 🔍 to search.

  • The search results will display detailed list information, including but not limited to the following key information:

    • Class: The name of the class the student belongs to, making it easy for administrators to quickly identify class information.
    • Course: The full name of the course viewed by the student, clearly showing the learning content.
    • Unit: The unit number of the course content, allowing for detailed understanding of the learning progress.
    • Teacher: The name of the teaching instructor, helping to identify the course instructor.
    • Course Length: The total duration of the course video, providing a reference for learning progress.
    • Authorized Playback: The authorized start time for watching the course, clearly tracking the authorization period.
    • Authorization Expiry: The deadline for authorized course viewing, reminding administrators of the authorization period.
    • This Viewing Time: The actual time length the student watched the course video during this login session.
    • Total Viewing Time: The cumulative total viewing time and its percentage during the course authorization period, helping to understand overall learning status.
    • Point Deduction: Whether the student incurred point deduction when watching the course, helping with expense control.
    • Replay: The number of times the student rewatched the course, providing in-depth understanding of learning habits.

In-Depth Data Explanation

  • This Viewing Time: Represents the actual video watching duration for each time the student logs in and views the course.
  • Total Viewing Time: Reflects the cumulative total viewing duration for all logins during the entire course authorization period, and presents a percentage comparison with the total course length.
  • If the student's viewing percentage is noticeably low, it is recommended that administrators proactively remind students to increase the number of views and total viewing duration to ensure learning effectiveness.

Through a well-developed learning record feature, administrators can accurately grasp students’ learning dynamics, assist in formulating suitable learning strategies and guidance measures, and thereby effectively improve overall learning outcomes and satisfaction.
