Clicking this button opens the file explorer on your computer, allowing administrators to select the staff data to upload.

; second, a sample file download link
is provided. Administrators should download this template and prepare their staff list according to the preset columns and format to ensure successful upload.
If the system detects that an "account" in the uploaded Excel file already exists in the database, the system will use the new data from the Excel file to update (overwrite) the original data in the system. This is suitable for batch updating existing users.
If the system finds that an "account" in the uploaded Excel file already exists in the system, the system will completely ignore this data in the Excel file, and the original data in the system will remain unchanged. This is suitable for situations where you only want to add accounts that do not exist.
