Management Area > Student Management > Student
The platform provides a comprehensive learning tracking feature, helping administrators closely monitor each student's learning progress and course participation. Among these, the "Scheduling" function allows administrators to arrange personalized class schedules for students, effectively enforcing learning discipline. Using this feature, administrators can efficiently oversee student performance and provide timely guidance and support.
Administrators can enter the "Schedule Template" interface to create customized timetables for different classes or requirements. The interface is a grid with "Monday to Sunday" on the vertical axis and "24 hours" on the horizontal axis. Simply name the template and use the mouse to drag and select time blocks designated for classes directly on the grid. Once completed, it can be saved as a reusable template.
In the "Student" management list, locate the desired student and click the "Schedule" button in that student's row. A setup window will pop up, allowing you to select a previously created schedule template from the dropdown menu. Save to complete the setup.

When staff members apply schedules to students, those students will only be able to access cloud-based classes during the specified times.
For example, if staff sets a student's online class time as every Monday from 18:00 to 20:00 and applies it to student A, then student A can only log in and view courses within that period. If accessing the system outside this timeframe, the student will see the message "Currently outside viewing hours," accompanied by a button labeled "Available viewing times" to clearly inform them about the next available course period.
The student scheduling feature was designed mainly based on the following practical considerations:
In cloud-based course platforms, if all students access content simultaneously, it may overload the system and negatively impact other users' experience. By scheduling, educational institutions can effectively distribute viewing times for students, ensuring smooth and stable access while reducing server load. For instance, dividing one course into three viewing periods (18:00–20:00, 20:00–22:00, and the next morning 09:00–11:00) allows students to watch in batches, avoiding system overload.
After recording courses, teachers often require additional time for editing, processing, and uploading before making them available to students. Without scheduled viewing times, students might log in prematurely and find no available content, leading to confusion or frustration. Scheduling provides the necessary buffer period for teaching teams to finalize their content reliably. For example, a teacher records a lesson on Monday and schedules student access for Wednesday at 18:00, giving ample time for editing and avoiding incomplete or inaccessible content.
Online learning can be enhanced with real-time interaction, allowing teachers to address student queries during designated times. Using scheduling, educational institutions can arrange specific periods when teachers are available online. Students can watch lessons and immediately ask questions on the platform, receiving timely responses from teachers, replicating classroom interaction online. For example, every Wednesday, classes are open to students from 18:00 to 20:00, with teachers available from 20:00 to 21:00 for live Q\&A. Students viewing courses during this window can immediately raise questions after watching, fostering active participation rather than passive learning.
